The Burkey farm is located in Section 28 of Lockridge Township, Jefferson County, Iowa or 2.5 miles northwest of Lockridge, IA. From Lockridge travel west 1 mile on U.S. Hwy. 34 to Velvetleaf Avenue, then proceed north 1.5 miles to the property.

FARM EQUIPMENT, TOOLS & PERSONAL PROPERTY
Pickup/Removal of Personal Property: All items to be paid for and picked up on Thursday, February 1st from 2PM – 5:30pm (Bring your own help & boxes for removal). Buyer’s Premium of 15% will be added to all personal property purchases! Everything sells “As is, Where Is”. All smalls and hayrack items must be removed during the designated pickup time – NO EXCEPTIONS or will otherwise be subject to forfeiture without refund! Large farm equipment and tractors will have 5 days for removal. There will be a loader tractor available on January 24th only, to assist in loadout.
