Fraise Auction & Real Estate is pleased to announce the upcoming Business Liquidation Auction of Faeth’s Cigar Store, a beloved local institution in Fort Madison, Iowa, operating continuously from the same location since 1924, spanning 3 generations. Over the years, Faeth’s has served as a local tavern, cigar/cigarette shop, and sporting goods store. Due to the extensive inventory and limited space, items will be available from two separate locations. The auction will be conducted exclusively online, with items from both sites ending on the same day. This presents a unique opportunity for local residents and collectors alike to bid on General Store fixtures & cabinets and other historical items. Pickup Dates & Times – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

• Fraise Auction Center New London, Iowa: Wednesday, September 18^th from 11:00 A.M – 6:00 P.M. All items must be picked up during the designated time frame -no exceptions. The only exception is the pool tables, for which the buyer will have 10 days to arrange removal during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.) Pool table buyers needing a later pickup must schedule an appointment with at least 24 hours notice and at a time agreeable to the auction company. Items not picked up by the end of the designated period will be forfeited without a refund. Please bring your own labor and packing materials to load and transport your items.

• Faeths’s Cigar Store 832 Avenue G, Fort Madison, Iowa: Thursday, September 19^th from 11:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. Small items must be picked up during the designated time frame—no exceptions. Larger items, such as pool tables, showcases, and large cabinets, can be picked up within 10 days during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.).
